Where can I receive my orders?
NATURAL:YOU offers delivery to all countries within Europe. We will deliver to the address you specify in the Address form during checkout.

Is NATURAL:YOU secure?
Yes. Payments are made via the secure Stripe payment system which is securely hosted by Stripe. Natural:You does not view or take your banking information at any time during the process. Additionally, Natural:You uses 256-bit SSL encryption on the storefront to ensure that your browsing is secure.

How can I return a product?
Our returns and refunds policy can be found on our Delivery & Returns page, but if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

How can I access my account if I have forgotten my passwords?
Go to the login page and click “I’ve forgotten my password”. You will immediately be sent an email to create a new password.

How do I subscribe to the newsletter?
You can subscribe to our newsletter from the homepage of the site: at the bottom right, by entering your email directly in the box provided and then clicking on OK. 
You will then be regularly informed about our news, our events and will thus be able to benefit from customized offers.
